Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter based in Mohali with a strong background in US talent acquisition. In this role, your primary objective will be sourcing and hiring top-tier candidates for direct-hire, full time permanent engineering positions across major US markets. You will focus on filling senior engineering, specialized design, and directorship roles in the MEP, Critical Facilities, and Healthcare Design sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Full-Cycle Sourcing: Actively map, headhunt, and engage passive candidates in the US for permanent, full-time openings in MEP design, critical facilities, consulting, and healthcare facility engineering.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain high-quality pipelines for high-priority full-time roles, including Supervising Engineers, Senior Electrical/Mechanical Engineers, and Directors.
- Market Intelligence: Provide insights on US compensation benchmarks, candidate availability,



and hiring trends across California and Illinois.
- Candidate Experience: Drive initial screenings, present full-time compensation packages, coordinate interview rounds, and manage candidates through offer acceptance.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 1-3 years of technical recruiting experience sourcing US candidates, ideally within AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction), MEP, or Infrastructure.
- Sourcing Expertise: Advanced skills in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methods, and passive candidate engagement techniques.
- Market Familiarity: Proven track record of closing high-level, full-time engineering and leadership roles in US time zones.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with the confidence to pitch senior US engineers.

- Executive Leadership: Associate Area Directors (Healthcare Design, Critical Facilities, Cx)
- Electrical Engineering: Supervising Electrical Engineers (General, Healthcare, Critical Facilities) & Senior Electrical Designers / PMs
- Mechanical & Plumbing: Supervising & Senior Mechanical Engineers, Senior Plumbing Engineers
