Role Description

This is a Full time, Remote Technical Recruiter role based in Gurugram.

The Technical

Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical assessments. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, defining job specifications, and maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle.



Day-to-day responsibilities include using various platforms to build talent pipelines, scheduling and tracking interviews, maintaining recruitment data, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The Technical

Recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Recruiting and Hiring to effectively fill technology-focused roles.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) is beneficial.
- Understanding of technology roles and basic technical concepts is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a technology or startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
