Job Summary

Cloud Raptor is seeking an energetic, results-driven, and commercially focused Technical Recruiter to join our rapidly growing India delivery team.

This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across India-based delivery teams supporting both domestic and international client engagements. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top technology talent across Cloud, DevOps, Engineering, Data, AI, Cyber Security, and Enterprise Platforms.

The successful candidate will possess strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for building high-quality talent pipelines in a fast-paced consulting and qualified services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery

- Manage full-cycle recruitment across technical and consulting roles.
- Source, screen, assess, and qualify candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and talent communities.
- Conduct initial candidate evaluations, technical pre-screening, and competency-based interviews.
- Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and technical stakeholders.
- Manage candidate progression through interview, offer, negotiation, and onboarding stages.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support permanent, contract, and project-based hiring initiatives.





Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Management
- Own a proactive 180-degree recruitment model focused on sourcing, engagement, and pipeline development.
- Develop and maintain talent pools across high-demand technology domains including:
- Cloud Engineering (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- DevOps & Platform Engineering

- Software Engineering
- Data Engineering & Analytics
- AI & Machine Learning

- Cyber Security
- Enterprise Applications & Digital Transformation
- Build long-term relationships with active and passive candidates.
- Support workforce planning and rapid project ramp-ups across multiple client engagements.

Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers, delivery leads, practice managers, and business leaders.
- Provide market insights and hiring recommendations.
- Facilitate role briefing sessions and recruitment strategy discussions.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders regarding hiring progress, market challenges, and talent availability.

Market Intelligence & Employer Branding
- Stay current with technology hiring trends across India and global markets.
- Provide salary benchmarking, talent mapping, and competitor intelligence.
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Represent Cloud Raptor professionally across candidate and networking engagements.

Recruitment Operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and hiring performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and hiring standards.
- Support process improvement initiatives to increase recruitment efficiency and hiring outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience within consulting,



staffing, managed services, or technology environments.
- Proven experience recruiting across technology disciplines.
- Strong understanding of modern technology skill sets including Cloud, DevOps, Software Engineering, Data, AI, and Cyber Security.
- Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates through direct channels.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern recruitment tools.

Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting for Indian, Australian, UK, US, or APAC markets.
- Experience supporting cloud and digital transformation projects.
- Exposure to consultancy, project-based, or managed services recruitment.
- Understanding of contract, permanent, and offshore hiring models.
- Experience recruiting niche technology talent including:
- AWS / Azure Cloud Engineers

- DevOps Engineers

- Platform Engineers

- Site Reliability Engineers (SRE)

- Kubernetes Specialists

- Data Engineers

- Solution Architects
