About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with solid hands-on understanding of PHP-based web applications, Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should be able to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical teams, manage projects end-to-end, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage software projects from requirements gathering and planning through development, testing, deployment and delivery.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA engineers and business stakeholders.
- Act as Scrum Master and facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Create and manage project plans, roadmaps, sprints, milestones, priorities and deliverables.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
- Manage Product Backlog, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and Sprint Backlog.




- Identify project risks, dependencies and bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution.
- Track project progress, scope, timelines, resources and budgets and provide regular status updates to management.
- Ensure development standards, code quality, testing and deployment processes are followed.
- Work with developers on PHP Laravel, MySQL, REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and web application architecture.
- Coordinate API integrations, third-party services, payment gateways and external systems, where applicable.
- Collaborate with DevOps/technical teams on Git, CI/CD, hosting, cloud infrastructure and production deployments.
- Manage UAT, production releases, issue resolution and post-release support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and improve Agile delivery practices.
- Maintain project documentation, technical specifications, meeting notes and delivery reports.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development/project management, with experience managing technical teams.
- Strong understanding of PHP Laravel and web application development.
- Good knowledge of MySQL/database concepts, REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and Git.
- Strong practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and software development lifecycle.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana or similar.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, QA/testing, deployment and production support.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand technical discussions, review requirements and effectively communicate with developers.
- Scrum Master / PSM certification will be an advantage.
- Experience managing e-commerce, SaaS, fintech or high-traffic web applications will be a plus.
