Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Wealth Management platform implementation, enhancement, integration, and transformation projects.

- Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery milestones.

- Coordinate across Business, Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, Operations, and vendor teams.

- Drive integrations with CRM, KYC, digital onboarding, core banking, market data, OMS/trading, custodians, and reporting systems.

- Oversee delivery across client onboarding, portfolio management, investment advisory, order management, trading, rebalancing, and reporting.

- Lead project governance, status reporting, RAID management, stakeholder communication, and release planning.

- Manage offshore teams and coordinate effectively with onsite/business stakeholders.

- Ensure delivery meets quality, security, regulatory, and architectural standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in IT project/program delivery, preferably in Wealth Management.





- Strong experience managing Wealth Management technology platforms and transformation projects.

- Experience with platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos Wealth Suite, Finacle Wealth, GTN, Wealth Spectrum, or similar.

- Good understanding of Wealth Management processes and investment products.

- Strong knowledge of API, system integration, microservices, and enterprise technology.

- Proven experience managing offshore/distributed technology teams.

- Strong Agile/Waterfall, stakeholder, risk, dependency, and vendor management skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred

- Experience with large-scale Wealth Management / Private Banking programs.

- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.

- Exposure to cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and contemporary platform architecture.
