Role Description The Technical Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of AI and software development projects. This role manages project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment between technical teams and client stakeholders throughout discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization phases.

Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, removes roadblocks, and implements best practices in project planning, risk management, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

- Strong project and program management skills,



with experience overseeing end-to-end software or AI solution delivery.
- Proficiency in analytical skills to interpret data, assess risks, and make informed decisions in complex technical environments.
- Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional technical teams.
- Demonstrated team leadership skills, including mentoring, conflict resolution, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment.
- Experience working with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Kanban) and using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern web/mobile development practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master) are an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and operate with attention to detail in a quick-paced environment.
