Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong knowledge of the Canadian IT staffing market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hiring for contract technology positions and working on time-sensitive client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified IT professionals for Canadian technology requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing through candidate submission.
- Work on contract and technology staffing requirements.
- Screen and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience and client requirements.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals and direct sourcing channels.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for active requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely submissions.
- Prioritize urgent requirements and work efficiently against recruitment timelines.
- Identify and submit highly qualified candidates within agreed turnaround times.




- Work toward recruitment, submission and hiring targets.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant Technical Recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in Canadian IT recruitment/staffing.
- Hands-on experience with contract technology hiring.
- Experience working with MSP-based requirements is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Good understanding of IT roles, technologies and staffing processes.
- Excellent communication and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
