Role Description This full-time Technical Project Manager role is an on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Technical Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of web and app development projects, including planning, requirement gathering, sprint management, and release coordination.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project timelines and budgets, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring technical deliverables meet quality standards. The role involves regular stakeholder communication, status reporting, and alignment of technical efforts with business objectives.

The Technical Project

Manager will also help improve internal processes, adopt best practices, and support team members in resolving technical and operational challenges.





Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Solid understanding of web and app development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and software delivery processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks and effectively coordinate developers, designers, and QA professionals.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Slack, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present project updates to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work in office in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are an advantage.
- Experience managing software development projects in an agency or product-based environment; exposure to global clients is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
