Role: Technical Project Manager / HubSpot Implementation Specialist

Role Overview The client is looking to hire a Technical Project Manager with strong HubSpot/CRM implementation experience . This person will work and act as his key support person for managing technical projects, building solutions, defining project scopes, coordinating implementation, and ensuring projects are tracked through to completion.

This is not purely an administrative Project Manager role. The candidate must have a solid technical background , hands-on CRM/HubSpot implementation experience, excellent problem-solving ability, and the confidence to work directly with the client.

Core Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Working directly on technical projects and implementations.
- Supporting the ongoing HubSpot implementation and system rollout .
- Managing project scopes from planning through to completion.
- Helping build and implement technical solutions.
- Breaking down project requirements into clear tasks and deliverables.
- Tracking project progress, deadlines, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinating with internal team members and relevant stakeholders.
- Identifying issues and proactively recommending solutions.
- Supporting CRM and HubSpot-related implementation activities.
- Ensuring projects remain organised and are delivered within agreed timelines.
- Providing regular project updates and clear communication.
- Assisting in improving project workflows and implementation processes.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements Recruitment should prioritise candidates with the following:

Technical & HubSpot Experience

- Hands-on HubSpot implementation experience is mandatory/preferred as a key priority.
- Experience implementing, configuring,



or optimising CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, processes, and integrations.
- Experience working on technical implementation projects.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Comfortable working with technical teams, developers, CRM specialists, and stakeholders.

Project Management Skills

- Experience managing projects from scope through to delivery .
- Strong project planning and task management skills.
- Ability to track multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience identifying risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to ensure tasks are completed rather than simply reporting on progress.

Problem-Solving This is a major requirement.

Preferred Experience Candidates with the following experience should be prioritised:

- HubSpot implementation and administration.
- CRM migration or CRM implementation projects.
- HubSpot workflows, pipelines, automations, reporting, and integrations.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Australian business/client experience is highly desirable.
- Technical background combined with Project Management experience.
- Experience working closely with founders, directors, or senior management.
- Long-term remote work experience.
