- 10+ years of experience in IT project/program delivery within Banking/Core Banking.
- Strong experience managing core banking transformation or integration projects.
- Experience with platforms such as Finacle, Temenos, T24, Flexcube, or similar core banking systems.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integration, microservices, databases, and enterprise architecture.
- Proven experience managing offshore technology teams and distributed delivery models.
- Strong Agile/Waterfall, stakeholder management, risk management, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work with senior banking and technology stakeholders.
Preferred Experience working with large banks / international banking programs.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
Exposure to cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and contemporary core banking modernization
