About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team remotely from India. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of complex engineering, product, and business initiatives as we scale our AI platform. Your leadership will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background combined with excellent project management skills, enabling seamless coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of strategic technical programs, building detailed project plans, defining milestones, and tracking progress. Your ability to identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and resolve blockers will be critical to maintaining momentum. Additionally, you will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensure high-quality releases, and communicate program status effectively to leadership.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 7 years of professional experience, currently functioning as a Technical Program Manager or Technical Project Manager. A strong technical understanding of software development processes and system architecture is essential. Experience managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs is required, along with proven ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and executive teams.

Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills are vital for success in this role. Candidates should have experience working in fast-paced product organizations with frequent release cycles, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a bias for action. Familiarity with billing, payments, subscriptions, invoicing, revenue systems, or financial transaction processes will be highly advantageous.

Experience in payments, fintech, or owning billing/payment initiatives is considered a robust plus.

Responsibilities

You will own the end-to-end delivery of strategic technical programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer impact. Your responsibilities include building comprehensive program plans, defining key milestones, and meticulously tracking execution progress. You will manage dependencies, identify and mitigate risks, and coordinate efforts across multiple teams to maintain project momentum.

Driving alignment among Engineering, Product, Design, and Business teams will be a core part of your role.



You will lead release planning activities, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries that meet or exceed expectations. Monitoring program health through relevant metrics and communicating progress effectively to leadership stakeholders will be essential.

Additionally, you will identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance engineering efficiency and delivery predictability, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Ensuring that project execution remains aligned with strategic priorities and delivers measurable customer value will be a key focus. Your leadership will help streamline workflows, optimize resource utilization, and support the company's growth objectives.
