About The Role We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our dynamic team remotely from India. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of complex technical programs that span multiple teams including engineering, product, design, and business units.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the seamless delivery of our AI platform enhancements and new features, aligning technical initiatives with strategic business goals, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments. Your leadership will be instrumental in coordinating efforts across teams,



mitigating risks, and ensuring that project milestones are met on time, ultimately contributing to the growth and scalability of our AI products.

Qualifications

- 4–7 years of relevant experience in technical program or project management roles.
- Current experience as a Technical Program Manager or Technical Project Manager.
- Deep understanding of software development processes and system architecture.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional engineering programs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams including Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and leadership.
- Experience working in fast-paced product organizations with rapid release cycles, such as weekly or bi-weekly releases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Experience with billing, payments, subscriptions, invoicing, revenue systems, or financial transactions.
- Preferred: Experience in payments, fintech, or owning billing/payment initiatives at scale.

Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic technical programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive program plans, define key milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely execution.
- Manage dependencies, identify risks, and address blockers proactively to maintain project momentum.
- Coordinate across multiple teams,



fostering collaboration and clear communication to achieve shared goals.
- Lead release planning processes, ensuring high-quality and on-time deployment of features and updates.
- Track and report on program health using relevant metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance engineering efficiency and delivery predictability.
- Ensure that project execution aligns with overall business priorities and delivers meaningful customer impact.
