About The Role We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team remotely in India. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of complex technical programs that span engineering, product development, and business functions.

Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that our AI platform scales efficiently, meets strategic goals, and delivers value to our users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI technology, influencing product development and organizational growth in a rapid-paced environment.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in technical program management or related roles. A strong technical understanding of software development processes and system architecture is essential.





Candidates should have proven experience managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs and working effectively with engineering, product, design, QA, and leadership teams. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills are required to succeed in this role.

Experience in fast-paced product organizations with rapid release cycles (weekly or faster) is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias for action. Additionally, experience working on billing, payments, subscriptions, invoicing, revenue systems, or financial transactions is a significant plus.

Experience at a payments or fintech company or ownership of billing/payment initiatives will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end delivery of strategic technical programs, building comprehensive program plans, defining key milestones, and tracking progress against objectives. You will manage dependencies, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve blockers to maintain momentum across teams.

Facilitating alignment across engineering, product, design, and business units will be critical to ensure cohesive execution. You will lead release planning efforts, coordinate deployment schedules, and ensure that deliveries are timely and meet quality standards.



Monitoring program health through relevant metrics and effectively communicating progress to leadership is essential.

Additionally, you will identify opportunities for process improvements to boost engineering efficiency and delivery predictability. Ensuring that project execution aligns with business priorities and maximizes customer impact will be a core aspect of your role.
