About The Role We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team remotely from India. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of complex technical programs across engineering, product, and business units.

Your leadership will ensure seamless coordination, timely delivery, and alignment of initiatives with our strategic objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of advanced AI technology and enterprise solutions, contributing to the development of products that are shaping the future of AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in technical program or project management within fast-paced technology organizations. You should have a strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development processes and system architecture.





Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs is essential, along with exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills. Familiarity with agile methodologies, especially in environments with frequent release cycles, is highly desirable. Additional experience working on billing, payments, subscription management, invoicing, or financial transaction systems will be considered a strong plus.

Candidates with prior experience at payments or fintech companies or those who have owned billing and payment initiatives will have an advantage.

Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end delivery of strategic technical programs, from planning through execution. You will develop comprehensive program plans, define key milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.

Managing dependencies, identifying risks, resolving blockers, and coordinating efforts across multiple teams will be critical to your success. You will facilitate alignment among Engineering, Product, Design, and Business teams to ensure that project goals are met efficiently. Leading release planning activities, maintaining program health metrics,



and communicating progress to leadership are essential components of this role.

Additionally, you will identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance engineering efficiency and delivery predictability, all while ensuring that initiatives align with business priorities and deliver maximum customer impact.
