About The Role We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team remotely from India. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of complex technical programs that span engineering, product development, and business functions.

Your leadership will be pivotal in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of strategic initiatives. As a key contributor, you will work closely with engineering, product management, design, quality assurance, and executive leadership to align project objectives with business goals. Your expertise will help streamline processes, enhance communication, and improve overall program efficiency, supporting Abacus.AI’s growth and innovation in the AI landscape.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in technical program or project management within fast-paced technology environments.



You should have a robust technical background with a good understanding of software development processes and system architecture.

Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs is essential, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Candidates should have demonstrated success working with engineering, product, design, QA, and leadership teams to deliver high-impact projects.

Experience with rapid release cycles, analytical problem-solving, and a bias for action are critical. Additionally, familiarity with billing, payments, subscriptions, invoicing, revenue systems, or financial transactions is highly desirable.

Experience at a payments or fintech company or owning billing/payment initiatives is a strong plus.

Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end delivery of strategic technical programs, developing comprehensive program plans, and defining key milestones. You will track progress, manage dependencies, identify risks and blockers, and facilitate cross-team coordination to ensure seamless execution.

Leading release planning and ensuring the timely, high-quality delivery of products and features will be central to your role. You will monitor program health through relevant metrics and communicate updates effectively to leadership,



providing transparency and insights into progress. Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance engineering efficiency and delivery predictability is also vital.

Ensuring that all projects remain aligned with business priorities and deliver maximum customer impact will be a continuous focus.
