About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Operations Engineer with experience in digital analytics, marketing technology, and tracking implementation.

You will onboard clients, implement and audit tracking solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and support integrations across advertising and analytics platforms. The role requires a combination of technical implementation skills, analytical thinking, and clear client communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the technical onboarding and implementation of new clients.
- Implement and configure web and server-side tracking using Google Tag Manager and server-side Google Tag Manager.
- Set up and troubleshoot GA4, advertising pixels, Conversion APIs, and other marketing data integrations.
- Conduct detailed tracking and attribution audits to identify implementation gaps, data discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work with JavaScript, APIs, JSON payloads, Postman, SQL, BigQuery, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Use browser developer tools and network logs to debug website events, API requests, data-layer implementations, and integration issues.
- Coordinate directly with clients and their technical teams to gather requirements, explain findings, and drive implementations to completion.
- Monitor live integrations, investigate data-delivery failures, and resolve incidents within agreed timelines.
- Prepare implementation plans, audit reports, technical documentation,



handover documents, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with internal product, engineering, customer success, and delivery teams.
- Contribute to improving internal processes, implementation standards, and documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

- 2+ years of experience in digital analytics, MarTech, AdTech, technical operations, tracking implementation, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
- Practical knowledge of JavaScript, browser developer tools, data layers, cookies, and web tracking concepts.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON payloads, API authentication, and tools such as Postman.
- Experience with advertising pixels or Conversion APIs for platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of server-side tracking, server-side GTM, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience using SQL, BigQuery, or similar databases for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple client implementations and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with consent management, privacy regulations, and consent-aware tracking.
- Experience with mobile app analytics, Firebase, or mobile measurement partners.
- Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or other cloud services.
- Previous experience working in a SaaS, agency, analytics consulting, or client-facing environment.
