Role Description The Technical Manager role is a full time, remote position responsible for overseeing technical operations and providing expert support to internal teams and external partners. This role includes leading research and development initiatives for tyre retreading materials, managing technical projects, and ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.

The Technical

Manager will collaborate closely with retreader partners to implement best practices, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize production processes.



Day-to-day activities involve data analysis, cross-functional coordination, documentation of technical procedures, and continuous improvement of products and technologies in line with company goals and industry regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret technical data, monitor performance metrics, and drive process improvements.
- Proven experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration to lead technical staff and coordinate with partners.
- Background in technical support, with the ability to diagnose, resolve, and document complex technical issues.
- Experience in research and development (R&D;), particularly in materials, manufacturing, or automotive-related technologies.
- Demonstrated project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver technical projects on time and within scope.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Knowledge of tyre technology, rubber compounding, or manufacturing processes is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
