- Conduct site visits and property inspections for Home Loan and LAP cases.
- Assess the technical condition and specifications of properties.
- Evaluate property documents, approved plans, layouts and other relevant technical documents.
- Prepare and review Property Valuation / Technical Reports as per company guidelines.
- Verify property measurements, area and specifications during site visits.
- Identify and highlight technical deviations, discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate, complete and timely submission of technical/valuation reports.
