Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+ and ASP.NET Core.

- Define application architecture, technical solutions, coding standards, and development best practices.

- Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, performance, and maintainability standards.

- Lead technical discussions, identify risks, and provide effective solutions to complex technical problems.

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers through technical coaching and knowledge sharing.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders.

- Design and optimize database solutions using SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, indexing,



and performance tuning.

- Implement automated testing and participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Work with Azure/AWS cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and contemporary DevOps practices.

- Drive modernization of legacy applications and adoption of contemporary .NET technologies.

- Ensure applications follow secure coding practices and enterprise architecture standards.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical planning.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to development processes and architecture.
