Technical Lead - SDLC & GenAI

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong experience in end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands-on exposure to Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in at least one technology stack (Java, Python, .NET, etc.) and experience leading development teams while delivering scalable business applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end software development from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
- Drive architecture, design, development, code reviews, testing, and releases.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
- Design scalable and maintainable applications using modern development frameworks.
- Build and implement GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Ensure high-quality delivery through Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.

Required Skills




- 8-10 years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in any of these technology stack (Java, Python, .NET, Node.js, etc.).
- Deep understanding of SDLC, system design, software architecture, and Agile practices.
- Experience with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and modern development frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, AI Agents, or related technologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading development teams and driving project delivery.

Preferred
- Experience building internal platforms, automation solutions, or enterprise applications.
- Exposure to OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar AI platforms.

Looking for: A hands-on Technical Lead/Architect with solid SDLC fundamentals, deep technical expertise in any stack, and practical experience implementing GenAI solutions in real-world applications.
