We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Technical Lead to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on software development experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive projects from requirements through successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, design, development, and implementation of software solutions aligned with project goals and business requirements.
- Analyze project requirements, assess feasibility, and prepare technical designs and diagrams.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to team members.
- Lead small projects and coordinate development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products.
- Design scalable, high-performance, secure, and maintainable software systems.
- Establish and implement coding standards, development best practices, and quality assurance processes.
- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during development and implementation.
- Identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor project progress, track schedules and milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project tasks and work items using Azure DevOps, including Boards, Repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.




- Evaluate and conduct technical reviews of third-party tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and modern software development methodologies.
- Promote innovation, continuous improvement, quality, and engineering excellence across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably in a Technical Lead or similar role.
- Good hands-on experience with C#, .NET / ASP.NET, SQL Server, and web technologies.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, design patterns, scalability, performance, and security.
- Previous experience leading small projects or mentoring developers/peers.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and project management practices.
- Good knowledge of Azure DevOps, including Boards, Git Repositories, work items, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Experience with cloud technologies and architectures, particularly Microsoft Azure; knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud is an advantage.
- Positive understanding of database administration,



system architecture, application design, and networking concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and team-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure, AWS Solutions Architect, Scrum Master, or other technical/project management certifications.
- Experience leading distributed or remote development teams.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and continuous delivery practices.
- Awareness of emerging technologies and current trends in the Indian technology landscape.
