Technical Lead – Digital Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Node.js and React.js to lead the design, development, and delivery of software applications for our manufacturing clients.

KEY – MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have proven hands-on experience developing or delivering software solutions specifically for manufacturing organizations/clients using Node.js. Candidates without prior manufacturing experience or strong hands-on Node.js experience will not be considered.

EXPERIENCE

- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 2–3 years in a Technical Lead / Lead Developer role.
- Strong hands-on development experience in Node.js and React.js.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and mentor frontend and backend development teams.
- Own technical delivery and guide developers on implementation and best practices.
- Define application architecture, technical standards, and development guidelines.
- Conduct design and code reviews.
- Design scalable enterprise applications and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Work closely with Project Managers, BAs, QA teams, and manufacturing clients.
- Support sprint planning, estimation, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production issue resolution.




- Participate in technical discussions with clients and business stakeholders.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Backend: Strong hands-on experience in Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, Microservices, API Integration, Authentication & Security.
- Frontend: React.js, React Hooks, State Management, Reusable UI Components.
- Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Data Modelling & Query Optimization.
- Architecture & DevOps: System Design, Scalable Architecture, Git, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred), AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Methodology: Agile/Scrum, Sprint Planning, Estimation, Code Reviews & Release Management.

MANUFACTURING DOMAIN

Good understanding of one or more:

Production | Quality | Maintenance | Inventory | Supply Chain | Warehouse | Shop-Floor Operations | Production Planning | Manufacturing Analytics

Candidates should have direct hands-on experience working on projects for manufacturing clients/organizations. Exposure to MES, ERP, WMS, SCADA, IoT/IIoT, PLC/Machine Integration, or Industry 4.0 will be an advantage.
