About The Role

Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

Core Must Have

Insurance and Guidewire experience.

Including Technical

Architecture and Engineering Manager of a 7-8 team

BAU experience

GW Cloud Experience

GW Integration Web Services Experience

Leading and Supporting L1.5 and L2 teams

Integration Gateway Experience

GW Configuration Experience

Development support for L3 tickets which includes bugs, minor enhancements, and compliance tickets

Release management

Experinece Coordinating with other integration teams

Primary Should Have

Robust hands-on experience with:

Integrations

PolicyCenter or BillingCenter configuration

Integration Gateway

GOSU and Java

REST APIs and API frameworks

Event-driven architecture

Cloud deployment models and CI/CD pipelines

Security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, API security best practices)
