Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Course Instructor / Trainer who can create and deliver engaging, camera-friendly training content for our online learning platform.

The selected candidate will conduct sessions from our Hyderabad location, record high-quality educational videos, and explain concepts in a simple, structured, practical, and learner-friendly manner.

Candidates with expertise in either Digital Marketing or Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML) are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver structured course content for online learners.
- Conduct engaging and camera-friendly recorded training sessions.
- Explain concepts clearly using practical examples, demonstrations, case studies, and projects.
- Record lessons and collaborate with the content/LMS team for uploading and publishing.
- Explain tools, platforms, concepts, and practical implementations step-by-step.
- Create assignments, quizzes, practical exercises, and projects where required.
- Maintain good voice clarity, presentation quality, energy, and learner engagement during recordings.
- Keep course content updated according to current industry practices and trends.
- Work with the academic/content team to improve course quality and learner experience.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of the subject area they wish to teach.
- Candidates from either Digital Marketing or AI/ML backgrounds can apply.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a easy and learner-friendly manner.
- Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of a camera.
- Ability to demonstrate practical concepts using relevant tools, software, coding, or real-world examples.
- Passion for teaching, training, mentoring, or creating educational content.
- Prior training, teaching, YouTube/content creation, presentation,



or LMS course-recording experience is an advantage.
- Candidates should be available to work offline from Hyderabad.

Preferred Profile We are particularly interested in candidates who are:
- Confident and energetic in front of the camera.
- Strong in practical knowledge rather than purely theoretical concepts.
- Good at explaining concepts step-by-step.
- Comfortable demonstrating tools and platforms while teaching.
- Able to create engaging and professional educational content.
- Passionate about teaching and helping learners understand concepts.
- Familiar with current industry trends and AI-powered tools.
- Willing to continuously learn and improve their technical and teaching skills.

Video Submission Teaching Demo Interested candidates are requested to create and send a 5–10 minute video explaining any topic from their area of expertise.

Candidates applying for Digital Marketing can choose any relevant Digital Marketing topic, and candidates applying for AI/ML can choose any relevant AI/ML topic.

The video should demonstrate

- Strong subject knowledge and concept clarity
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and structured manner
- Practical examples or demonstrations, wherever applicable
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Confidence and comfort in front of the camera
- Ability to teach and engage learners effectively
