About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead large-scale enterprise software delivery programs and drive successful customer outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and delivery management, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and Data Analytics/Data Engineering initiatives.

This role requires someone who can manage multiple high-visibility programs, build robust client relationships, mentor cross-functional teams, and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple large and complex projects and programs.

Ensure successful delivery across scope, timelines, quality, budget, and customer satisfaction.

Lead Data Analytics and Data Engineering implementation initiatives.

Define project plans, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps.

Drive project governance, risk management, escalation handling, and stakeholder reviews.

Build trusted relationships with clients and act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders.

Lead, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Consultants, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts.

Monitor and report key delivery metrics, KPIs, utilization, quality, and project health.

Identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies,



and execution challenges.

Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Pre-Sales, and Support teams to ensure successful program execution.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

8+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or enterprise software implementation.

Proven experience managing large-scale software delivery programs and multiple concurrent projects.

Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interacting with senior business and technology leaders.

Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Ability to manage distributed teams and operate effectively in fast-paced environments.

Strong understanding of delivery governance, risk management, quality management, and program execution.

Technical Skills

Prior hands-on or delivery experience in Data Engineering and Data Analytics environments.

Strong understanding of technologies such as:

Python

PySpark

SQL

Databricks

Neo4j

Advanced Excel

Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries will be an added advantage.
