We are building the AI-native Destination Intelligence Platform for Tourism Boards across Asia and Africa — a market with zero enterprise AI incumbents purpose-built for emerging market DMO economics.

The founding team brings 50 years of combined experience across Fintech, AI, Enterprise Software, and Travel and Tourism domain operations. We have live ongoing conversations with Tourism Boards across India and international markets — the pipeline is real, the timing is right, and the fundraising is also in motion.

What You Will Build:

The MVP is a single integrated product with two tightly coupled pillars. You architect and ship both. Pillar 1 collects the data. Pillar 2 turns that data into destination intelligence for Tourism Boards.

Both pillars must ship as one integrated product.

Target: MVP with both pillars in production, first paying pilot Tourism Board integrated, in 8-10 weeks. You architect the whole system, build the core yourself, and hire a team to report to you as we scale.

Must Have:

- 3-5 years total software engineering experience
- 2+ years hands-on with production LLM systems — RAG, agents, or fine-tuning at real user scale (not tutorials, not side projects)
- Shipped at least one AI product that real users depend on
- Deep experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or pgvector) and hybrid retrieval strategies including BM25
- Strong Python — FastAPI or equivalent, production-grade backend systems, async patterns, testing discipline
- Has built or shipped a data-heavy SaaS product where the analytics dashboard was a primary output — not a bolt-on
- Comfortable with end-to-end data pipeline architecture: event ingestion, transformation, warehouse, and dashboard at production scale
- NLP techniques for clustering, topic modeling, embedding-based grouping, and semantic classification of unstructured text
- Multi-tenant SaaS architecture experience — including white-label capabilities: per-tenant theming, persona configuration, isolated data, dynamic branding




- Integration experience with at least one Meta platform API (WhatsApp Business, Instagram Graph, or Facebook Messenger) and comfort building embeddable web chat widgets
- Cloud infrastructure fluency: AWS or GCP, Docker, observability and monitoring in production
- Evaluation discipline: has built or worked with LLM-as-Judge, RAGAS, or comparable frameworks. Believes evaluation is not optional.

Strongly Preferred:

- Prior experience integrating all three Meta platform channels (WhatsApp Business, Instagram Graph, Facebook Messenger) plus a web widget SDK
- Data warehouse experience at scale: ClickHouse, BigQuery, Snowflake, or Postgres with time-series and analytical extensions
- BI and analytics product design intuition — you know what makes a dashboard actually useful to a non-technical operator, not just visually impressive
- Prior work with product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, PostHog) either as user or builder
- Attribution modeling experience — campaign, channel, influencer, or multi-touch
- Data visualization depth: Recharts, D3, Plotly, ECharts, or similar — you can build analytics UIs that don't require a training session to interpret
- Geographic and geo-IP data handling — heatmaps, geo-clustering, regional segmentation
- Real-time or near-real-time streaming experience (Kafka, Redis Streams, Kinesis) for event pipelines
- Prior startup experience — ideally as founding engineer, tech lead, or CTO at the Pre-seed or Seed stage
- Basic frontend competence beyond React — enough taste to build Tourism Board-facing dashboards that operators actually enjoy using
- Serious opinions on cost optimization at LLM API scale — you know what a wasteful prompt looks like and how to cache aggressively
- Multilingual NLP awareness

• Location: Ahmedabad preferred for now, but needs to be flexible with location across India and internationally.

• Start date: Immediate.

• Commitment: Full-time. Non-negotiable.

• Travel: Occasional client site visits across India and international markets.
