We are hiring for TOP MNC for Technical Account Manager(TAM)- Supply-chain/Where-house/Logistic domain.

Location - Bangalore

Experience - 4 - 10 Years

Salary- Max 15- 18 LPALPA

Notice Period - Immediate - 15 Days max.

Shift - Flexible to work in shifts (3 PM: 12 AM & 5 PM - 2 AM Both)

Please Note- Need to be flexible work from office all 5 Days.

Cab- Yes

Qualification- Graduate and postgraduate

Skills Required

- 3+ years in client-facing roles (e.g., delivery or Enterprise Product/Application Support)

•Must have experience in Java/Java Script

- Familiarity with technologies such as SQL and JSON is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of Saa S technology and deployment methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to client environments and work cultures.
- Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- User Onboarding:

o Guide recent users through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.

o Coordinate account setup and configuration, providing initial support and resources.

- User Adoption:





o Engage with clients to proactively drive product adoption through tailored strategies,

resources, and best practices.

- Training Coordination:

o Plan, schedule, and deliver training sessions for users, both in-person and virtually.

o Create and maintain training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible for clients.

- Support Coordination:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.

o Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting.

o Collaborate with internal support teams to resolve user issues and escalate complex inquiries as necessary

- Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain detailed records of client interactions and support requests. o Prepare reports on user engagement, feedback, and training effectiveness for management review.
