? We’re Hiring: Technical Account Manager

? Location: Mumbai

⏰ Time: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

?️ Working Days: Monday – Friday

? Experience: 4–8 years

FirstHive is looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to drive customer success, deliver technical solutions, and identify account growth opportunities.

What you’ll do

- Work with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions
- Manage client deliverables, integrations, testing, and deployments
- Create BRDs, FSDs, user stories, solution documents, data maps, API formats, and test scenarios
- Conduct client demos and business reviews
- Monitor account health, manage risks and escalations, and drive customer adoption
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales

What we’re looking for:
- BE/B.Tech in IT/CSE, BCA, or MCA




- 4–8 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Technical Solutioning, or Technical Product Management
- Strong experience in application/data integrations, requirement gathering, data mapping, impact & gap analysis
- Hands-on experience with Postman, JIRA, Databases, MS Office, and ChatGPT/LLMs
- Strong communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Preferred: CDP/MarTech, MySQL, JavaScript, or MDM
