Triple7 IT Digital is looking for an experienced Technical Head / CTO to lead our technology and engineering teams and drive the company's technical direction.

The candidate will be responsible for technology strategy, software architecture, development standards, team leadership, security, scalability, and technical decision-making.

Responsibilities

- Lead the complete technology and engineering department
- Define technical strategy and software architecture
- Lead developers, QA, DevOps, and technical teams
- Establish coding and development standards
- Review technology choices and technical implementations
- Design scalable and reliable software systems
- Ensure application security, performance, and quality
- Guide teams in solving complex technical challenges
- Coordinate with Project Managers and business teams
- Plan and manage technical requirements for projects
- Evaluate and implement new technologies
- Establish CI/CD and development practices
- Ensure scalability and reliability of applications
- Support technical discussions with clients
- Mentor and develop the engineering team
- Take ownership of key technical decisions

- Understanding of application security and performance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple technical projects
