We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to drive technical direction, solve complex engineering problems, and help build scalable, reliable, high-quality software for our AI + IoT platform.

Requirements Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to software engineers
- Design and review scalable software architectures and system designs
- Stay hands-on with coding and solve complex technical problems
- Drive technical decisions across APIs, databases, cloud, and application architecture
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and performance
- Identify and resolve technical risks, bottlenecks, and architectural challenges
- Mentor engineers and help raise the team's technical capabilities
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
- Improve system reliability, scalability, observability, and engineering practices





Requirements

- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on programming and system design experience
- Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies
- Experience making and owning technical architecture decisions
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience with code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills

Nice to Have

- Experience with SaaS, AI/ML, or data-driven products
- Experience with Python and up-to-date backend technologies
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
- Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment
