Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and functional requirements.

- Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.

- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues.

- Prepare test plans, test strategy documents, and test execution reports.

- Support automation testing initiatives where applicable.

- Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and SDLC.





- Experience in functional and regression testing.

- Knowledge of defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Quality Center.

- Experience in test case design and execution.

- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Preferred Skills

- Automation testing experience (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.).

- API testing using Postman or similar tools.

- SQL/database testing knowledge.

- Performance testing exposure using JMeter or LoadRunner.
