- Work with Commercia banking team to drive strategic initiatives and develop operating plans to deliver short term and long-term plans
- Liaise with Central Finance Team to prepare annual budgets
- Periodic Monitoring of actuals vs budgets
- Ensuring month end provisions and book closing for business unit
- Monthly / Quarterly reviews with Senior Management
- MIS reporting to management & variance analysis.
