Experience - 5 to 12 years

Education - BE/Btech- Metallurgy, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Others. Mtech Metallurgy / Material Science / Chemical/ Mechanical

Role & responsibilities -

1. Lead and manage the high purity SiO2 Crucible Process Engineering team to ensure a process stability and efficiency.
2. Develop and optimize the high purity SiO2 Crucible manufacturing processes that is done using high temperature arc furnace process to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
3. Collaborate with R&D; and production teams to implement recent technologies and process improvements.
4. Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve process issues and improve overall operational efficiency.
5. Working with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment that meet process requirements and quality standards liability.

Target Industries - Semiconductor / Wafer / Crystal Growth/Silicon ingot manufacturing/ Wafer manufacturing. Metallurgy and Materials,alloys, Vacuum melting, Glass Manufacturing, Steel, metals, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Refinery. For more details -
