Role: Independently manage day-to-day trade operations

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage Export and Import operations — collection documents, LC processing, and monitoring offsite banking of documents
- Coordinate with customers on sales order processing, LC establishment/amendments, LC compliance scrutiny, and shipments




- Prepare and verify shipment documentation as per sales/LC terms
- Liaise with banks, DGFT, Customs, GST authorities, Export Promotion Councils, inspection agencies, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and insurance companies
- Maintain export accounts, order book records, and MIS reports

Candidate Requirements:

- Education: B.Com graduate with a Diploma in EXIM or PG in International Trade/Business, from a Pune-based institute preferred
- Experience: 2–5 years with a merchant exporter, mid-sized manufacturer-exporter, or logistics/trade services back office, with solid EXIM exposure
- Traits: Self-motivated, result-oriented, team player, open to a long-term role with growth potential
- Bonus: Working knowledge of French and Tally ERP preferred
