Role Description The Team Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The individual in this role will oversee daily team operations, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure that service and sales targets are met.

Responsibilities include coordinating workflow, managing schedules, supporting team members in problem-solving, and maintaining high standards of customer service and quality.

The Team

Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to implement process improvements, report on team performance metrics,



and uphold safety and compliance guidelines. The role also involves mentoring team members, conducting regular reviews, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

- Proven experience leading teams in automotive, retail, service, or related operational environments.
- Strong skills in people management, coaching, conflict resolution, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to manage workflows, schedules, and resources to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, customers, and management.
- Basic understanding of automotive services, customer service processes, or dealership operations is an advantage.
- Comfort with using office productivity tools and systems to track work, prepare reports, and maintain records.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and delivering consistent customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or a related field preferred.
