Role Overview

Responsible for managing daily outbound voice sales operations and supervising the performance of a sales team in a captive call center setting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage & drive sales performance of 5–10 team members

Coach, train, motivate, and support team for target achievement

Monitor KPIs – Sales, Conversion, Productivity, Quality

Provide regular call feedback and performance reviews

Assist Team Manager in process improvement & quality initiatives

Ensure positive work culture and continuous learning

Handle daily sales & service request management





Meet and exceed department goals

Apply performance management standards consistently

Preference

Team handling experience in Motor / Health / Travel Insurance

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any Graduate / MBA (Full Time / Distance)

Experience

Total experience: 3+ years

1–2 years as Sales Team Leader (Domestic BPO – Voice)
