Role Overview – Team Leader (FASTag Services):

As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for handling and monitoring the operations team, ensuring the quality of services, coordinating with banks, providing proper training to the team, and ensuring adherence to current company policies and processes.

No Sales | No Targets | Semi-Voice Process

Responsibilities:

- Handle and monitor the overall operations team and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Take responsibility for maintaining and improving the quality of services provided by the team.
- Coordinate with banks for operational issues, escalations, and timely resolution of service-related concerns.
- Should have knowledge and understanding of APIs and their role in the operations process.
- Provide proper training, guidance, and support to team members regarding processes, services, and customer handling.




- Ensure that the team follows all current Bank policies, processes, and guidelines.
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure proper coordination within the team for timely resolution of operational issues.
- Handle escalations and ensure appropriate follow-up until resolution.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–5 years of experience, preferably in a Team Leading / Operations role.
- Strong experience in team handling and team monitoring.
- Knowledge of Advanced Excel and (SQL Prefered).
- Knowledge and understanding of APIs.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to provide proper training and guidance to team members.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to ensure adherence to current policies and operational processes.

Educational Qualification:

- B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech – Preferred

Work Details:

- Rotational Shifts (Details shared during interview)
- Must be comfortable working in night shifts, if required, as operations run 24×7.
- If assigned to a night shift, the work mode will be Work from Home (WFH).
- Hybrid Role – Work from Office and Work from Home flexibility
