Position : Team Leader Recruitment Notification – Engagement of Professional for a Health Sector Project The Centre for Good Governance (CGG), Hyderabad, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for engagement on a contractual basis for a project in the Health Sector. The engagement is purely project-based and contractual in nature.
Role : Team Leader Required Qualification Postgraduate Degree in Public Health, Health Systems, Health Management, Hospital Administration, Community Medicine, Public Policy, Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized University.
Key
- Provide overall strategic leadership and technical oversight for the assignment.
- Lead planning, coordination and quality assurance of verification activities across various milestones
- Lead stakeholder engagement with Government, development partners and other key stakeholders.
- Review, validate and provide final approval of reports and project deliverables.
- Guide and supervise multidisciplinary teams for timely and quality execution of the assignment.
Relevant Experience
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in public health, health systems, programme management, monitoring & evaluation, independent verification or third-party assessments.
- Experience in leading large multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects.
- Experience in working with Government Departments, development partners and externally aided projects.
- Robust experience in quality assurance, technical report review and stakeholder coordination.

- Overall project management including planning and coordination and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitoring, evaluation, verification and validation of programme activities.
- Development of verification methodologies, sampling strategies and analytical frameworks.
- Field assessments, stakeholder consultations and documentation.
- Data analysis, report preparation and evidence-based recommendations.
- Coordination with Government departments and other stakeholders.
- Any other project-related responsibilities assigned from time to time.
- Eligibility

- The engagement will be purely on a contractual basis and co-terminus with the project.
- Posting will ordinarily be in Hyderabad. However, extensive travel within the and outside the State, will be part of the assignment.
- Selection Process
The selection process may comprise one or more of the following stages:
- Scrutiny of applications.
- Shortlisting based on qualifications and relevant experience.
- Interview
- Verification of original certificates and credentials.
