About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Team Leader to lead a team of Merchant Executives and drive merchant acquisition across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, field sales experience, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a team of Merchant Executives.

Drive merchant acquisition, Sound Box deployment, and Current Account acquisition.

Monitor daily field activities and ensure target achievement.

Conduct market visits and mentor team members.

Maintain strong merchant relationships and ensure process compliance.

Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.





Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in Team Handling, Fintech, Banking, Telecom, FMCG, or Field Sales.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Two-wheeler and Android smartphone are mandatory.
