Daily end to end tracking of sample logistic movement across location.

Control and optimize logistics costs through effective route planning and vendor negotiations

Identify gaps in logistics operations and implement process improvements with 3PL partners

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve performance goals.

Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and other departments for day to day operations.

Prepare regular daily reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels tracker, and other key metrics.

Coordination with suppliers/procurement team to ensure timely receiving of ordered material.Role & responsibilities
