Key KPI’s

- SAP & IBP System Hygiene: Maintain 100% data accuracy by executing flawless Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and demand loading cycles in SAP/IBP.

- Plan Attainment (PA %): Ensure multi-location manufacturing plants across India adhere tightly to the weekly production schedules issued.

- Fill Rate: Maintain >95% product availability across all SKU categories.

- Inventory Days of Cover (DoC): Optimize working capital by keeping finished goods and raw materials within targeted day limits.

- CFT Alignment & S&OE; Success: Collaborate with the Cross-Functional Team (Procurement, Marketing, Production and Plant) to flag supply risks early and execute Current Product Introductions (NPIs) on time.

- SLOB Reduction: Minimize financial write-offs by tracking remaining shelf life and liquidating slow-moving/obsolete inventory.

- RPM Coverage Status: Prevent factory downtime by maintaining optimum raw and packaging material coverage through accurate forecasting.

- Hands on with the use of digital Supply Chain tools like Power BI, AI tools, SAP.
