/ Responsibilities





- Leading a team of sales executive/property analyst & regularly taking follow-up with the team for Lead Generation, Hunting New Accounts.
- Generating business for the company out of leads provided/generated and achieve your monthly/quarterly targets (carries high degree of importance)
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties. Conducting site visit with customer.
- Understand customer needs and help in closing the deal.
- Maintaining clients and prospects data as per company’s requirement
- Post Sales services to all the booked clients ( If needed)
- Maintaining relationship with developers, bankers and other related parties
- Maintaining the Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports
