Job Overview

Were seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our dynamic team and take ownership of creating insightful reports and dashboards. This role involves utilizing advanced Excel skills to analyze data and support decision-making processes for leadership, while continuously improving reporting efficiency and consistency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop reports and dashboards using MS Excel to support data-driven decision-making
- Provide ongoing analytical insights and reporting support to leadership teams
- Troubleshoot and enhance reporting processes in a matrixed, multi-functional setting
- Maintain accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports in standardized formats
- Leverage historical data trends for reporting optimization and process improvement





• Automate dashboards and reporting tools to reduce manual effort and increase productivity

Requirements & Skills:
- Strong proficiency in advanced MS Excel reporting and analysis
- Clear and effective communication skills
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, project management, or business analysis

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
