Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, test, and deploy SAAS products using Node.js and React.js.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks for efficient delivery.

- Ensure timely completion of projects by setting milestones, deadlines, and providing guidance on technical best practices.

- Develop high-quality code reviews to maintain coding standards and ensure adherence to company policies.

Job Requirements :

- 6-18 years of experience in fullstack development with expertise in backend technologies like Node.js.

- Robust understanding of SaaS product development life cycle including design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance & support.

- Proven track record of successfully managing teams through agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
