Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team- upto 25 FTEs responsible for Order to Cash (OTC) process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders, invoices, and payments.

- Lead the transition from one billing system to another, ensuring seamless integration with minimal disruption to business operations.

- Oversee dispute management, escalation management, SLA compliance, and collections activities to maintain healthy relationships with customers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in OTC processes and implement changes accordingly.

- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and customers throughout the entire order lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-15 years of experience in End to end OTC or related field with expertise in OTC process.

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Com).

- Proven track record of leading teams effectively through transitions and change initiatives.

- Robust understanding of automation tools such as Automic or similar technologies.
