We are currently hiring for Team Lead - Operations - U3 to manage a team of 6 - 10 L1 & L2 Associates here in Hyderabad.

Role: Team Lead - Operations - U3 (Fulltime/Permanent)

Payroll: Tech Mahindra

Work Mode: Work from office

Interview Mode: In-person (2 rounds) & Virtual (3 Rounds)

Client: UK Based - 500 Years old (Publishing/Edtech - 12 Years old process with in TechM )

Locations: Hi-Tech city, Hyderabad 2-way transportation will be provided within our limits

Exp: Minimum 4+ years till 10Years (2 Years as a Team Leader on papers is mandatory and must have exp in handling clients from US or UK)

Shift: UK shift (12PM till 9:30PM & Fixed week offs on Sat & Sun)

Required

- Graduation in any field (Mandatory)
- Must have minimum 2+ years of experience as an Operations Team Leader on papers.
- Must have experience in working with clients from UK or Us or Australia
- Must have C1 level proficiency in English (Both written & Verbal)
