Role Description The Team Lead – Overseas Education will manage and guide a team of education consultants to deliver high-quality counseling services to students seeking international study options. This full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode involves overseeing student consultations, helping applicants identify suitable countries, universities, and programs, and ensuring accurate and timely support for admissions, visa documentation, and scholarship applications. The role includes setting team targets, monitoring performance, and providing training and mentoring to maintain service standards and compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.

The Team

Lead will collaborate with partner universities,



maintain updated knowledge of global education pathways, and contribute to marketing and outreach activities such as seminars, events, and digital campaigns. Daily responsibilities also include handling escalated student queries, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal departments to streamline processes.

Qualifications

- Robust leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor, motivate, and evaluate performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for student counseling and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience in overseas education consulting, admissions, or related domains; familiarity with European and UK education systems is an advantage.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple applications, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on transparency, ethical guidance, and problem-solving.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and online platforms for tracking leads, applications, and student interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, business, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
