Team Leader - Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily team operations and ensure smooth workflow across assigned processes.

- Monitor key KPIs such as SLA, Quality, Productivity and Shrinkage.

- Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews and regular one-to-one coaching sessions.

- Monitor attendance, roster adherence, shift adherence and unplanned leaves.

- Conduct regular call/process audits and provide feedback to improve quality and reduce errors.

- Identify performance gaps, conduct RCA and implement corrective action plans.

- Support training, OJT and development of recent and existing team members.

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and trackers.
