Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Team Lead

DMP (Digital Matte Painting) to lead the DMP team and deliver high-quality, photorealistic environments and matte paintings. The role involves team management, quality supervision, client requirements, and integration of AI-assisted tools into DMP workflows.

Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage the DMP team.

Allocate shots and monitor productivity, quality, and deadlines.

Review artwork and provide creative and technical feedback.

Create and supervise photorealistic matte paintings and environments.

Ensure proper perspective, lighting, colour,



composition, and seamless integration with live-action and CG.

Collaborate with VFX Supervisors, Compositors, CG, and Production teams.

Resolve creative and technical challenges during production.

Introduce and optimize AI-assisted tools and workflows for DMP.

Explore AI for image generation, concept development, enhancement, clean-up, and texture creation.

Train artists on effective AI usage while maintaining VFX quality and artistic standards.

Stay updated with the latest DMP, VFX, and AI technologies.

Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Animation, VFX, Fine Arts, or a related field.

7+ years of VFX experience, with strong DMP/Matte Painting expertise.

Previous Experience As a Senior Artist/Lead/Team Lead Preferred. Strong portfolio showcasing DMP and environment work.

Experience with AI-assisted VFX workflows is an added advantage.
