Key Responsibilities

- Drive monthly sales targets through a team of RMs.
- Coach, mentor, and monitor team performance.
- Accompany RMs on customer meetings and presentations.
- Review sales pipeline, conversions, and productivity.
- Support lead generation through referrals, corporate activities, and events.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and process adherence.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales talent.

Requirements

- Graduate; MBA preferred.
- 7-12 years of field/direct sales experience.
- 3+ years of team handling experience.
- Robust leadership, communication, and sales management skills.
- Target-oriented with proven sales achievements
